The Locanda was born in 2000 from the dream of Graziano and Rita, who wanted to create a place where hospitality and good food meet in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Inspired by the charm of the Old West, they decided to open a restaurant that would combine the warmth of a saloon with the tradition of Alpine cuisine, thus creating a unique corner in the heart of Livigno.
Over the years, the family has grown and so has La Locanda. Sons Nicholas and Jacopo soon joined the adventure, bringing new ideas and a fresh touch. Jacopo, with his passion for Neapolitan pizza, is now the restaurant’s pizzaiolo, creating pizzas that are now an institution for our guests.
Hospitality and Tradition
Here at La Locanda, we believe that hospitality is not just a job, but a real mission. Every day we strive to make every guest feel at home, offering dishes prepared with fresh, wholesome ingredients, and rooms where comfort meets the rustic style of our saloon.
We are a family and we want everyone who visits us to become part of this big family. Whether you are here for a special meal or to spend a few days in our cozy rooms, we will do our best to make sure you have an unforgettable experience.
